【EDとうつ】

ここ数年、どうもおかしいと思ってた。

EDは現在、1,100万人の男性が悩んでいると言う。
これは、とても大切な問題だ。

程度も軽度〜重傷と様々だが、最近は30代も多いらしい。

原因は、過去のトラウマ等精神的なものと、酒・タバコなどの生活習慣に起因するもの、

そして
抑うつ剤を服用するの人の50%が、EDを併発するとのこと。

EDを治療すれば、うつも快方に向かうという研究事例もあるらしい。

いずれにせよ、人間として生活に重要な部分。
今度先生に相談してみよう。。。
