自分との約束を果たす事で、自信を取り戻す

昨日も眠れなかった。
しょうがないので、睡眠薬をまた飲んでみた

また今朝起きれなかった。
気づいたのは１４時。
これは睡眠薬が強すぎるのか、生活リズムが狂っているのか
きっとその両方なので眠剤を減らし、1年前毎日続けていた運動（ダンベル）をすることにする。

やろうと思っているのに、出来ないと、自分に自信がなくなる。
やろうと思っている事を、やると、自分に自信が出てくる。
続けると、全てに自信が植え付けられる。
何もしないでいると、全てに自信がなくなっていく。

睡眠と生活リズムにチャレンジしよう！

私も最初眠剤を飲み始めの時は起きれませんでした。
でも、そのうち眠剤なしでも眠れるようになり、
今はﾎﾝﾄに眠れないﾄｷ、疲れが溜まり過ぎて寝ないとﾀﾞﾒだと
思ったﾄｷ以外は眠剤なしでも眠れるようになりましたよ☆

＞やろうと思っているのに、出来ないと、自分に自信がなくなる。
これは私も一緒です。
でも、自分の計画したｺﾄに対して６０％できたら、
自分に合格点をあげています。
それだけでも、かなり自信がもてるようになりました。

起きようと思ってたのに寝過ごしてしまうとショックですよね。
その気持ちわかります。
一日無駄にしてしまったようでしょんぼりです。
私も最近夜更かしだったので、一緒に早寝早起きがんばりましょうね。

う〜ん？。。。
なかなか思ったようにはいかないですよね。
ですからあまり考えないのが一番いいと思います。
期待すると出来なかった事に傷ついたりしてしまいますから休んでいれば何時かきっとそう願わなくても出来る日がきます。^_^←信じられないでしょうけど心を休ませる事が何よりの近道で特効薬です。

弟のこと、ご心配いただきありがとうございます。
精神的なストレスの場合は、適度な運動でしたらリフレッシュ出来て良いですよね＾＾
無理や負担にならないように、出来るタイミングで、出来る範囲で、
心地良いと感じる程度に続けてみると良いかもしれませんね＾＾
