緊急性頭痛


デイジーピンクと白。
母が、緊急性頭痛になりました。

ゴールデンウイークは実家に帰る事にしました。


緊急性頭痛はうつ病の症状の中で、４番目に多いそうです。

ネットで色々と調べてみると

「緊張性頭痛は、首、肩、頭の筋肉が緊張することで起こり、
　不自然な姿勢で仕事をしたり、社会的または精神的ストレス、疲労などで起こる。
　朝または午後早くから始まり、徐々にひどくなる。
　耐えられない程ではないが、痛みは持続し、特に眼の上や後頭部に多い。
　頭の周りをベルトで締めつけられるような感じになる」とのこと。

緊張感や集中力の必要なストレスの掛かりやすい仕事で発祥する事が多いようです。
私は全く知りませんでした。

母は「心配しなくていいよ。それより、大学の試験はどうだった？」
　　　とだけ。

遠く離れた息子が心の病気になって、無職でいて、心配させているのだと思いました。

以前も、母は私を心配したあまり、ストレスで左目を失明しかけた事があります。
そして顔面麻痺になって。

今回も「大丈夫？」と何回聞いても「だいじょうぶ、だいじょうぶ。それより。。。」
と元来、気丈な母は心配かけまいとしてくれています。

ゴールデンウイークは各駅停車で実家に帰ることにします。
元気な姿を見せに行きます。
